About This Product

It has been half a century since the world's first ultrafine grinder "Supermascolloider" equipped with a nonporous grinder was born. During this time, we have achieved high performance, high efficiency, and high functionality, and the 4th generation Hyper Mascolloider IV has been released as the culmination of these efforts. By perfecting the grinding particle size and processing capacity to the highest level, we are now able to demonstrate high performance that was previously unattainable. We can achieve ultra-fine granulation of all substances other than diamond, from soft raw materials to hard raw materials, and from raw materials containing a lot of fiber to crystalline materials. This machine has been thoroughly reviewed for ease of use and safety, in addition to being compliant with global standards such as CE marking, UL, and KCS markings, and has come to be described as the "perfected mill." .

■Features

The grinder rotation speed can be freely adjusted within the range of 1,000 to 3,600r.p.m, so you can obtain the maximum production amount with the desired particles. In addition, you can now bring out the full performance of α parts that require high torque, such as micro cutters and rough cutters.

■Crushing particle size and processing capacity example

Depending on the raw material, 1. the particle size becomes coarser as the rotation speed increases, 2. the particle size hardly changes even as the rotation speed increases, and 3. the particle size becomes finer as the rotation speed increases. This is a highly recommended product that allows you to pursue optimal particle size and processing capacity.
