About This Product

Super Mascolloider, also known as a "melting machine", is a mill that goes beyond mere pulverization and is capable of ultra-fine granulation to the point where it feels like it's melting. The stone mill type ultrafine grinder consists of two non-porous grinders, upper and lower, whose spacing can be adjusted freely.The upper grinder is fixed and the lower grinder rotates at high speed. The input raw material is fed into the space between the upper and lower grinders, and the raw material is gradually ground into ultra-fine particles by the powerful compression, shearing, rolling friction, etc. that occur there. Since it is a stone mill type, the particle size distribution is sharper than other grinding methods, and the product particles are rounded and smoother. 50 years have passed since the birth of Super Mascolloider. The 4th generation Mascolloider, which was developed at this juncture, is a new type of grinder that pursues ease of use and functionality in addition to safety that complies with global standards such as CE marking, KCS mark, and UL, and is suitable for part-time workers. Now it's easier to handle.

Setting the clearance is an important task that determines the particle size of the product, that is, the quality of the product. Simply turn the adjustment handle left and right to move the rotary grinder up and down in 1/100 mm intervals. It is also possible to operate with a clearance of "0" (low stones are in contact with each other).
