About This Product

■Effective for screening work such as construction surplus soil and mixed waste in narrow sites.・Loading can be done from 3 directions using a hydraulic excavator. The discharge direction can be set in 3 directions to suit the site.
*A crane and lifting equipment are required separately to change the discharge direction.
・The upper stage uses a T-type Zuribar with an opening of 80 - 120 mm, and the lower stage uses a two-deck vibrating screen with a screen mesh of 40 mm x 40 mm to efficiently sort materials.
- The screen can be set at any angle from 3 to 30 degrees depending on the type and properties of the material, so the residence time of the material can be adjusted freely.
- Operation switches are concentrated on the control panel and can be easily operated from the ground. In addition, driving operations can be controlled remotely using the standard remote control and radio control.
・The conveyor belt is wide at 1,050 mm, has a maximum speed of 95 m/min, and boasts a large conveyance capacity. In addition, the discharge height is as high as 2,520 mm, allowing for large-capacity product stock.
・Compact design allows for easy movement even in narrow workplaces, demonstrating outstanding mobility. Additionally, it can be transported by self-truck (when in transport position), reducing transportation costs.
-Emergency stop switches are placed at seven locations on the machine to completely stop the work equipment and engine in the event of an emergency. Furthermore, the radio control and remote control are each equipped with a switch for safety.
- Equipped with a clean engine that complies with the 2014 standards for specified special vehicle exhaust gas.
