About This Product

■For greater safety and security. Equipped with safety device "overload prevention device" as standard

There is no need to wait for the phrase "safety first"; safety is the most important thing when it comes to crane work. The safety of the operator, the safety of the area around the crane, and the safety of the cargo. In order to achieve a higher level of safety, we have introduced the latest system that monitors cranes during operation in terms of both their strength and stability. That is the "overload prevention device" installed in the new MCX series. Sensors installed in each part constantly detect the work status and numerically determine the outrigger extension, crane work status, moment, etc. In the unlikely event that work reaches a dangerous area, it will automatically stop or sound an alarm to encourage safe work. Overload prevention devices include a stop specification: rated load limiting device, and an alarm specification: a rated load indicator device, and we have the stop specification as standard equipment and the alarm specification as optional equipment. *Stopping specifications comply with JCAS (Japan Crane Association Standards).

■Large screen digital color radio control

Work information such as actual load, rated load, moment load factor, etc. can be checked at hand at all times. It has a large 2.7-inch color screen and is reflective so it can be clearly seen even in bright places, ensuring high visibility even outdoors on sunny days.

■Load load display

When loading or unloading a truck, calculate and display the live load of the load by adding or subtracting the load of the suspended load. This makes it easy to check the progress of work and the amount loaded on the vehicle, which helps improve work efficiency and prevent overloading.

■Hook parallel movement

Select "Parallel mode". All you have to do is extend or retract the boom and the hook will move parallel to the boom.

■Hook horizontal movement

Select "Horizontal mode". All you have to do is extend or retract the boom and the hook will move horizontally to the ground.

■Load swing suppression function

Suppresses load swing when starting or stopping boom rotation. Automatically controls the movement of the lifted load and the movement of the crane to be synchronized, achieving stable crane work. You can also select whether the suppression is strong or weak. Additionally, a shockless function is activated during telescopic, undulating, and winching operations.

■Heptagonal cross section

From pentagon to heptagon. It boasts high rigidity by increasing the number of angles in the cross section. It has excellent lateral deflection and improved performance.
