Fire safety European railway standard en 45545-3 stipulates fire resistance.
The purpose is to protect passengers and crew members of railway vehicles from fire accidents in the car.
Based on the en 45545-3 and EN 1363-1, the Icotech cable entry system was attached to the IFPS flaming prevention sticker, and the "E" and "EI" were performed vertically.
The tested product satisfies the fire -resistant requirements for E45 and EI30 fire barriers simply by attaching this one flame invasion prevention sticker.

"E" standard
Prevents barrier and cracks for flames. "E45" means, for example, a test piece can withstand 45 minutes.

"EI" Barrier for the highest standard flame, preventing cracks, insulation properties. It means that the temperature on the side facing the flame does not exceed 200 ° C (180 ° K from room temperature). For example, the "EI30" means that the test piece can withstand 30 minutes.

Product Description
Aiko Tech's cable entry frame and plate are certified for railway technology vehicles and related devices.
Authenticated standard: vehicle material fuel test/EN 45545-2 HL3, EN 45545-3, EN 1363-1 foaming IFPS Fire Invasion Seals are manufactured in expansion graphite.
This sticker is attached to the side that may burn the cable penetration, and in the event of a fire, the volume will increase many times, preventing flames and high temperature spread from the burning housing to another housing.
