■Nalux's lithography technology・At NALUX, we are developing and manufacturing surface microstructures using our own lithography equipment, and deepening our research and development by using the semiconductor processing equipment of the nanotechnology integration support center microfabrication platform at Tohoku University. We are focusing on research and development of microfabrication.
・In addition to processing nanometer-accurate optical elements such as diffractive optical elements and microlens arrays, we can imitate the surface structures of living organisms to provide similar physical functions (anti-reflection, water repellency, etc.) to the surfaces of materials. We aim to develop new business that has never existed before by proceeding with development and research from the perspective of biomimetics.
・Nalux also accepts contract processing of microstructures. Utilizing the know-how we have cultivated over the years, we will help you realize your ideas. We provide an integrated development system, from proposing, designing, and prototyping new microstructures to evaluating shapes and optical properties.
