About This Product

However, in areas with extremely high optical power density such as laser processing machines, optical elements for ultraviolet rays that resins are not good at, and optical systems that require severe environmental resistance, glass, which is physically and chemically stable, is used. NALUX also mass-produces glass optical elements using high-precision glass molding for optical fields that cannot be handled with resin optical elements. We will make optimal proposals according to customer requests, such as selecting materials according to the application and combining resin optical elements and glass optical elements.

In addition to aspherical glass cylindrical lenses, which are difficult to mass produce using conventional manufacturing methods, we also specialize in meniscus lenses, cross cylindrical lenses, and cylindrical lens arrays.
