About This Product

When a highly coherent light source such as a laser diode is diffused using a microlens array, light and dark patterns occur due to diffraction due to the lens aperture size and light interference between lenses. Nalux's random microlens array reduces brightness and darkness patterns by intentionally disrupting the periodicity of the lens pitch and lens segment size. (Patent No. 6664621) If you are having trouble with bright and dark patterns in the intermediate screen of a laser HUD or in a lighting system that uses a laser as a light source, please contact Narux.
