About This Product

■A set product with a nut feeder eliminates nut attachment defects.

・Detector that determines whether nuts and panels are properly set immediately before welding, and prevents nut welding defects. ・There are two types for raising and lowering the guide pin: spring and cylinder specifications, which can be selected depending on the operator process or robot process. ・The controller has single channel and multiple channel settings. ・Can detect abnormal patterns such as facing down, misaligned, detached, missing, missing panel, wrong screws, etc. ・Two-tier stack detection is available as an option.
