About This Product

Overview

■Large cross-section long laminated timber and high-mix low-volume production can significantly reduce costs.

This machine is a multi-purpose press for laminated wood that seeks to bond higher-quality wood and streamline work, faithful to the basics, and pursuing high ideals to further improve ease of use and reliability.

■Work is safe and easy.

Loading glued materials into a press, straightening bends and warps before pressurization, and taking out products with hardened glue, all of which were previously done manually, can all be done using a switch, just like operating a hydraulic lift. It is easy and safe to operate.

■Features

- Glued materials can be set automatically by simply arranging them on the lift. Once the glue has hardened, the product is removed using a lift. ・The pressure plate has a long stroke, so it is convenient for quick response even in high-mix, low-volume production. In addition, divided pressure can be applied depending on the work. - The width of the material to be glued can be changed accurately using the adjustment plate that aligns the cylinder core and the material width center.
