■Seeking higher-quality bonding of wood products and streamlining of work

Faithful to the basics and ideals of the flash press, it is equipped with many cutting-edge functions to enhance ease of use and reliability. It was created here in order to respond to further rationalization of production.

■Realizes dramatic performance improvement

The method for setting the adhesive pressure force, which is the most important for woodworking presses, has been changed from the conventional "electric shaft torque control method" to a method that directly measures and controls the pressure force applied to the pressure plate by applying the principle of a spring weigher. We have improved the direct measurement control method and equipped it with a function that makes the pressure plate itself weightless, dramatically improving pressure setting accuracy from a weak pressure of 25 kg to a high pressure of 8,000 kg.

■Pressure setting accuracy comparable to that of a weighing machine

The weightless upper pressure plate and the pressure setting and holding device that apply the principle of a spring scale are the most distinctive features of this machine. You can set the pressure according to your needs with the accuracy of a weighing machine.

■Uses a weightless mechanism for the upper pressure plate

With conventional mechanisms, even if a weak pressure force was required, it was not possible to set a weak pressure force due to the weight of the upper pressure plate. Therefore, pressing work with a small bonding area and a weak pressure force was very difficult because it relied on intuition. This machine is equipped with a new mechanism that eliminates the weight of the upper pressure plate using a truly compact mechanism. As a result, dials can be set accurately even with weak pressure applied to small-area flash panels, etc., so even inexperienced users do not have to worry about producing defective products due to pressure, and the production of high-quality products is guaranteed.

■Pressure automatic stop/holding device

The pressure plate is lowered by the lowering switch and pressurized until it reaches the pressure set by the dial on the pressure setting panel, then automatically stops and maintains that pressure.

■ Automatic platen lift stop device

The platen is raised by the lift switch and automatically stops at the upper limit position.
