Features

■It is extremely easy to change the shape of the product.For five-ring engraving, the depth of cut can be easily changed using a combination of a forming cutter and a recess, and for head machining, you can change the profiling cam according to the shape using the lift handle on the processing surface plate.

■Additional speed adjustment is optional and easy.The traveling speed of the processing surface plate is controlled by an inverter device, and the cutting block is controlled by an air-hydro device, both of which can be easily adjusted as desired, resulting in dramatic improvements in quality and productivity.

■The product has a good finish and the blade lasts a long time.This machine has a robust frame with high-precision machining, and uses high-precision linear rail bearings especially for the traveling part of the processing surface plate. Automated operation process
■Supply of processed materialsTo begin work, feed the workpiece onto the processing surface plate that is waiting at the starting position, and then turn on the automatic processing switch.

■Olympic ring processingThe combination cutter starts to rotate, and at the same time, the processing surface plate runs on its own, performs processing in five-ring increments, and stops at a fixed position.

■Head processingA switch is activated at the same time as the machine stops, and the machine head is machined using the machining block according to the pattern. When the machine is finished, the machine table returns to its starting position and stands by.

■Replacement of processed materialsAfter reversing the material that has been processed on one side or replacing it with a new material, the automatic processing switch is turned on again and the same work is repeated, making the work extremely easy and light.

■Notes- The standard cutting tool for processing the head is an engine type 3-blade, planer blade block.
