Features of this machine
■Stepless pressure control Pressure force can be adjusted using the stepless pressure control dial, such as by driving the tenon. We can work with any product regardless of its dimensions.
■Foot-operated remote control switch
The foot-operated remote control switch allows you to lower and raise the machine in small increments, so you can work without having both hands occupied.
■Pressure stop/reverse function
There are two types: "pressure stop", in which the pressure plate descends and stops and holds when it reaches a set pressure, and "pressure reversal", in which it reverses and rises when it reaches the set pressure. It can be used depending on the purpose.
■ Upper and lower limit safety device for platen
Since the upper and lower limit positions of the platen can be adjusted, unnecessary lowering and raising movements can be shortened.
■Speed when descending
When pressurizing, use the "Down" button to lower the pressure at low speed. If you want to lower the platen at high speed when moving, press the "High-speed lowering" button during the lowering operation. Rise always works fast.
