■Touch panel operation

Main operations such as inputting, registering, and ordering of cutting dimensions are performed on the touch panel. However, "start" and "stop" operations are operated using a sturdy push button switch.

■Sturdy construction ~ Rigidity and dustproof ~

The stopper of the positioning ruler is equipped with a shock absorber device that absorbs and softens the shock when the workpiece is placed against it. In addition, it has a unique dustproof structure and is durable enough to protect the drive unit and control device from dust. Three types of driving methods depending on the purpose

■Single operation mode

Input the cutting length each time to position. Use this operation mode when the dimensions to be cut are not determined in advance.

■Program operation (ABS mode)

Register and save the cutting dimensions and cutting order settings in this machine. (100 channels x 10 processes) This operation mode is suitable for repetitive work because positioning is performed according to the registered program.

■Program operation (INC mode)

In addition to setting the cutting dimensions and cutting order, enter the saw cut amount. The machine automatically calculates this value and positions in the registered order.

■Options

・Air type flip-up device ・Side clamp device ・Live roller ・Skit conveyor ・Chucking device ・Automatic unloading equipment (line), etc.
