■Touch panel operation

Main operations such as inputting, registering, and ordering of cutting dimensions are performed on the touch panel. Depending on the cutting method, the program can be run automatically by simply inputting the cutting dimensions and number of cuts using a combination of ABS/INC mode and inching function.

■Sturdy construction ~ Rigidity and dustproof ~

The stopper of the positioning ruler is equipped with a shock absorber device that absorbs and softens the shock when the workpiece is placed against it. In addition, it has a unique dustproof structure and is durable enough to protect the drive unit and control device from dust.

■Work safety

Just align the materials, chuck them, and press the start button to automatically cut. Safety covers that also serve as upper and lower side clamps prevent the circular saw from being exposed during cutting (*for square timbers). In addition, the flat wood of the upper and lower covers automatically maintains the minimum opening amount according to the thickness of the material during transport.

■0 (zero) cutting function

With the conventional standard mechanism, a certain length was required for the minimum dimension due to interference between the chucking device and the side cover, but with the standardization of the two-cylinder mechanism, it is now possible to cut with the minimum dimension of 0 mm. I did.
