■ Obesity suppression model mouseThe obesity-suppressing mouse model mouse was established by Gene Trap as a strain in the TG Resource Bank®. Phenotypic analysis revealed a significant decrease in body weight and blood sugar levels in both males and females. In these mice, weight gain is significantly suppressed compared to wild-type mice when fed a normal diet or a high-fat diet.
