The 2026 HD Titrolyzer is the heavy duty (HD) version of the 2026 Titrolyzer, part of the 202X Process Analyzer series.
This high-performance instrument provides highly accurate potentiometric titrations using a sophisticated burette system and high-quality electrodes. A wide variety of titrations are possible here, including acid/base titrations, redox titrations, and precipitation titrations. Automatic inflection point detection technology can be utilized in most applications. Additionally, this analyzer can be used for pH measurements under saturated conditions if required.
The 2026 HD Titrolyzer also enables the use of dynamic standard addition methods. Equipped with a high-precision buret and a high-performance ion-selective electrode (ISE), it is now possible to dynamically adjust the standard addition volume according to the actual sample concentration in different methods. Here it is also possible to use ISE in very high or low measuring ranges, thus making it possible to accommodate different ranges of ISE slope values. Integrated temperature measurement mitigates temperature-induced effects that can affect analytical results.
Featuring superior chemical resistance, this upgraded version includes FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene-Propylene) tubing to the analyzer, significantly expanding its adaptability to corrosive environments in a variety of industries.
