PTRam is a Raman spectrometer for process development that can be used in laboratories and pilot plants. PTRam is equipped with a 785nm laser and fiber optic probe, and has high sample throughput that can be applied to most samples. ・High performance, accurate, robust and reliable ・Stable measurement results with stable laser ・Self-calibration and self-monitoring with automatic system verification to ensure the validity of each measurement and 24/7 real-time monitoring -Single channel fiber optic coupled sample probe with user replaceable shaft. Customizable ・Reference price excluding tax: ¥13,904,000.-~ (Price varies depending on specifications) The PTRam Analyzer is a process development 785nm Raman analyzer designed for product and process development in the laboratory and pilot plant. It is a high-performance, accurate, rugged, and reliable Raman system that features self-calibration and automatic performance verification to ensure the expiry date of each measurement is met. This single sample channel system includes a lab fiber optic probe with a user-replaceable shaft. PTRam can be installed in a 19-inch sample rack. PTRam can be operated with Vision software and connected to the 2060 Human Interface. advantage

The PTRam is a compact, sensitive, and robust Raman spectrometer that can be mounted on a laboratory bench or in a rack-mount cart. Simply connect the fiber optic probe, plug it in and start measuring in your developing process. PTRam allows you to better understand your processes and reduce development time with real-time process monitoring. Additionally, PTRam is a stable system with high reproducibility and reproducibility. This includes internal monitoring of system temperature and Raman shift to ensure accurate measurements throughout the analysis.
