About This Product

Fireproof material for kitchen exhaust ducts. This product uses "Mag Ultimate," which has the lightness of glass wool and the same fire resistance as rock wool.

・Thin, lightweight and easy to install. Shorten construction period

■Safety・Formaldehyde emission classification F☆☆☆☆MFN-3262: U-SLIM has undergone a performance evaluation test and is recognized to have F☆☆☆☆ performance.
・Biosolubility: Magultimate meets the requirements for biosolubility in Germany, which has strict safety standards (German Dangerous Goods Regulation [Section 4-No. 22] and European Union Directive 97/69/EC [NotaQ ]) Compatible with

■Standard construction method・Wrap U-SLIM around the tube and fasten the overlapping part of the outer sheathing material with one-touch tape. If the adhesive surface of the overlapping part is dirty, remove the dirt thoroughly and secure it. For the hanging metal part, make a notch in the U-SLIM so that there is no gap.
・Apply aluminum glass cloth adhesive tape or aluminum adhesive tape to the joints of U-SLIM.
- Tie the straight pipe section with galvanized iron wire at approximately 1 to 2 locations per 1 meter of U-SLIM installation. Alternatively, fasten with a metal band or two wraps of aluminum glass cloth adhesive tape.
・When constructing a curved pipe section, use a U-SLIM elbow that matches the angle. Alternatively, install U-SLIM processed on-site and apply aluminum glass cloth adhesive tape or aluminum adhesive tape so that there are no gaps at the joints.
