About This Product

High performance glass wool without moisture barrier. Standard product for insulation materials in the Japanese housing market ■Main features ・Insulation performance: Thermal conductivity 0.035[W/ (m・K) ] (24KHG) and 0.038[W/ (m・K) ] (16KHG) available ・Easy construction due to less deflection and independence ・Water repellent treatment applied to each fiber - Significantly reduced the amount of fiber scattering, reducing the burden during construction. ・Performance of moisture-proof polyethylene film: moisture permeability resistance: 82×10^-3 (m2・s・Pa/ng), 820×10^8 (m2・s・Pa/kg) or more (measurement conditions: temperature 40℃, relative humidity 90%) *Equivalent to JIS A6930 (Plastic moisture-proof film for housing) ・Ear width is set to 30mm - Obtained noncombustible material NM4596 (1) certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. ・Non-formaldehyde products ■Three friendliness ・Constructor-friendly: (1) Minimizes fiber scattering, (2) Flexible fibers, (3) Firm fiber clumps ・Friendly for residents: (1) Higher insulation performance, (2) Safe air quality, (3) High sound absorption ・Friendly for future generations: (1) Environmentally friendly raw materials, (2) Effective use of resources, (3) Lasting insulation properties ■Face material direct mounting specification Press the ears of the attached moisture-proof film against the facing surface of the structure with a 30mm ear hook and surface material. ■Horizontal trim specifications After attaching the attached moisture-proof film to the exposed surface of the frame by 30mm, install the horizontal torso. Press down the ear hook between the horizontal torso edges with dry wood. Or press the ear hook part between the horizontal torso edges with airtight tape. ■Strength part (Pattern for peeling off the attached moisture-proof film) Peel off the attached moisture-proof film from the glass wool and fill the back side of the brace with glass wool. Make a cut in the glass wool at the brace so that the pressed glass wool is flush with the brace. Re-cover the attached moisture-proof film that was removed and fasten it to the facing surface of the frame using tacker nails. (A pattern in which the attached moisture-proof film is cut and treated with airtight tape) Pass the glass wool together with the attached moisture-proof film through the back of the brace and fill it. Cut the glass wool together with the attached moisture-proof film so that the part held down by the braces is flush with the braces. Attach the supplied moisture-proof film to the braces with airtight tape.
