EasyInspector2 is an image inspection software that is highly versatile and equipped with a variety of functions.

EI2 is a packaged software that is equipped with a variety of functions.Since the necessary functions can be selected, the cost required for introduction is low, and it can be used in a variety of situations depending on the purpose, such as inspection, monitoring, and recording. Since AI (deep learning) uses object recognition algorithms, it is good at inspections that are difficult to perform using procedural methods (such as products with individual differences or ambiguous inspections).

Depending on the settings, it can perform a variety of tests, including inspection for scratches and dirt, object identification, and animal detection.

■Reason why it can be achieved at a low priceEI2 is software that can be installed on a commercially available computer and used as an image inspection device by connecting a camera. If you have your own computer and camera, you can build an inspection device just by purchasing software, and it is also equipped with interfaces (RS232C, LAN, I/O, etc.) that facilitate control from PLC and other software. Therefore, it is designed so that it can be installed in automatic production lines.

■Automation of inspection records (traceability)When it is necessary to keep records during inspections of non-defective and defective products, visual inspection alone requires manual bookkeeping and data entry. EI2 can automatically save images from inspections, as well as all inspection result values ​​including dimensions and angles, making it extremely useful for automating inspection records.
