About This Product
■This product is a control panel for double doors and helps prevent electric shock.
The double door control panel with an external operation handle for the breaker can mechanically prevent the power from being turned on with the door open.
Is one side of the double door on the control panel left open, posing a risk of electric shock? Nagoya Tech has developed a door opening/closing safety device to solve this problem.
■Door opening/closing safety device DS series
The ``DS Series'' door opening/closing safety device is a product that can be used on control panels that use an external breaker operation handle (operation handle) on the door. This product was developed with consideration given to the "mechanical door interlock" required by NFPA79 (Electrical Safety Standard for Industrial Machinery).

・DS-3R/DS-3L
・DS-3RHV/DS-3LHV *This product is designed to prevent metal powder from rubbing when the hinge moves.
・DS-1R *This product is for control panels using door locks.
■Simple structure
It has a simple structure and can be used to prevent electric shock on control panels. This applies to double door control panels that use external breaker operation handles (operation handles).
■Before improvement (this product is not installed)
If you close the door on the side with the external breaker operating handle first, the door on the other side will not be closed, creating a risk of electric shock.
×You can turn on the power with one door open, which is dangerous.
■After improvement (with this product installed)
If you close the door on the external control handle side of the breaker first, you will not be able to fold the jammer plate of the door safety device and the door will not be able to be closed. The door opening/closing safety device prevents the door on the side with the external breaker operation handle from being closed first.
〇The jammer board prevents the door on the side with the external operation handle for the breaker from being closed first.
The door opening/closing safety device can be folded and released by closing the door on the side that does not have the external breaker operating handle first.
■An installation horse is required to install the door opening/closing safety device.
DS-1R allows you to change the order of first closing by changing the way the control board is attached.
