About This Product

■SummaryThis is a fluorescent screen for RHEED (Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction). Bremsstrahlung radiation (X-rays) is generated when diffraction images are projected, but lead glass is used to reduce exposure to radiation for the observer. In addition, we use our proprietary technology to create fluorescent films that are free from pinholes and unevenness. When using a turbo molecular pump for the exhaust system, please be careful to avoid accidents such as destruction of the viewport.

■Features- Lead glass is used to protect against X-ray exposure from electron beams.
・Using our unique technology, we create a clean fluorescent film with no pinholes or unevenness.
・We have an extensive lineup.
・Standard screen has more conductivity than ITO coating.
・Screens with Al and Au films are available to cut visible light. (ITO coating is not performed.)
- If the fluorescent film becomes dirty or peels off, it can be reapplied.
*Confirmation of condition is required before reapplying. Please contact us first.

■SpecificationsStandard has D cut. Also, the viewport is not included, so please prepare it separately. If you would like to apply the fluorescent film in a round shape or have any other requests, please feel free to let us know.
