About This Product

■SummaryRHEED is called reflection high-speed electron diffraction, and a high-speed electron beam is irradiated onto the sample at a shallow angle, and a diffraction image is obtained from the reflected electrons. With MBE, information about the arrangement of atoms on the surface can be observed on the spot during film formation. At Arios, we develop and manufacture everything in-house, including the electron gun, control power supply, and screen for the RHEED system, based on the know-how gained from over 20 years of developing and manufacturing MBE equipment and parts. The fluorescent screen for RHEED uses lead glass to prevent exposure to X-rays from electron beams, and uses proprietary technology to create a fluorescent film with no pinholes or unevenness. Maintenance such as recoating for peeling or damage to the fluorescent film can also be done at a low cost and with a short delivery time.

■Features・The miniaturized design has a total length of 363 mm (after attaching the connector), making it lightweight and compact.
・The bellows mechanism allows easy and reliable alignment of the electron beam axis after filament replacement.
-Equipped with a differential exhaust port as standard, allowing operation when gas is introduced. (Requires separate parts replacement)
-The mounting flange (φ70CF) has multiple screw holes, so the mounting angle of the mating flange can be selected.
-The power supply unit can be rack mounted (H150JIS size) or installed on the floor.
- All the knobs and meters to be operated are integrated into the remote control box, so you can operate it while watching the screen.
・The design is such that accelerating voltage cannot be applied unless the filament is energized, and high voltage is not applied when the cable is disconnected, making it safe.
- Free power supply compatible with input voltage of 100 to 240V.
