■Summary

The beam flux monitor (BFM-2F01) uses a small B-A type gauge as a sensor to measure the beam intensity of molecular beams. Arios' beam flux monitor has extremely low gas emissions due to optimal materials, structure, and surface treatment, allowing highly accurate measurements. In addition to standard products, we also respond to requests for various uses.

■Features

- Built-in linear motion mechanism (standard stroke: 260mm) driven by welded bellows. - Stroke length can be customized according to specifications. Please consult us. ・The linear motion mechanism can be driven either manually (with handle) or automatically (motor driven). ・Can be baked up to 200℃. It can be installed in various devices such as MBE devices. ・Using a specially developed small B-A type gauge as a sensor, we have succeeded in saving space in the sensor section. ・Long-life design provides cost performance. The gauge sensor section is equipped with a shield cover to avoid metal contamination from the outside. -Equipped with two filaments. ・The dedicated flux monitor can record to a recorder using analog output (0-10V). - By customizing the gauge cable terminal treatment, existing vacuum gauges can be used as monitors.
