About This Product

■SummaryThe TLV-02 timing leak valve is a valve that opens 25 or 45 seconds after the power is turned off. Ideal for slowly opening a vacuum path to the atmosphere, and can be used to prevent oil back in TMP and RP during power outages. The power supply is compatible with AC90 to 260V or DC24V, and when the power is turned off, it automatically performs a delayed atmosphere release operation. The valve seal is a Viton O-ring. When storing the vacuum container under vacuum by opening the exhaust system to the atmosphere, please use a gate valve, etc.

■Features- Compact design allows installation anywhere.
-Can be directly attached to TMP, RP, etc.
・You can choose from two types: S type with a delay time of 25 seconds and L type with a delay time of 45 seconds.
・Air leaks and gas leaks due to N2, etc. can occur.
- Power input voltage is compatible with AC90 to 260V and DC24V.
・By using in conjunction with the interlock valve (ILV-01), effective measures against power outages are possible.

■How to useConnect the power to the included power connector, and the valve will close when the power is applied. The valve opens after the power is removed and the delay time elapses. (The delay time until 30 minutes of energization depends on the power input time)

■Model designation methodYou can specify 2 types of delay time and 4 types of connection port diameter.
