About This Product

■Summary

This is a component that transmits linear movement in the axial direction of the flange from the atmosphere side to the vacuum side. Like the ultra-compact rotary introduction machine RFT series, it uses magnetic coupling and does not use O-rings, so it can be used in ultra-high vacuum. This TR series can introduce rotational and linear motion into a vacuum with high torque using a strong magnetic circuit. Used in combination with the load lock chamber and sample handling mechanism for sample exchange, etc.

■Features

- Baking is possible due to the all-metal seal conflat flange specification. ・Ideal for various ultra-high vacuum applications such as MBE equipment and surface analysis equipment. ・Installation is φ70CF specification. - High torque due to magnetic coupling with strong magnetic circuit.
