About This Product

■SummaryThis is a component that transmits rotational motion from the atmosphere side into the vacuum. This is called a rotating introduction machine. There are three main types of rotation introduction machines: types that seal the shaft with an O-ring, types that use bellows, and types that use magnetic coupling. This machine uses magnetic coupling, and the advantages of this type are that it can be used in ultra-high vacuums and has a long life.

Another feature of this machine is that it can be used for continuous high-speed rotation due to its magnetic coupling structure using strong rare earth magnets. The only sliding part is the bearing, and it can be used semi-permanently just by replacing it. Since the coupling is done magnetically, a step-out may occur if a large torque is applied. Although this is a drawback, it can also be used to protect the moving side from excessive torque.

■Features- Compact design allows installation anywhere. It uses many common parts and has a low-cost design.

・Supports high temperature baking up to 200℃. (150℃ for NW flange type)
・A wide variety of torque options are available depending on the application.
- Set various options. (260℃ high temperature type, compressed air drive, motor drive, etc.)
・Special shaft shapes can also be manufactured.
