About This Product

■EB evaporation source SSEB series

The SSEB series is an experimental deposition source for depositing nickel, chromium, silicon, gold, etc. Ideal for vapor deposition of materials that are difficult to handle with K-Cell. You can easily introduce it if you want to try a small amount of vapor deposition. It is designed to be compatible with ultra-high vacuum, and can be installed in MBE equipment and various ultra-high vacuum equipment.

■Features

・Stable vapor deposition is possible with Arios' unique controlled power supply. - Simple configuration allows easy maintenance and sample replacement. ・By making the sample compatible with rod type, it is also possible to install the main body on board face-up type equipment. ・The insertion length inside the vacuum can be changed according to the device. ・Since the sample is grounded, ions are not generated during vapor deposition, allowing for soft vapor deposition. (SSEB-500N) ・It is a high voltage application type to the sample and has a built-in flux monitor (ion current detection type). (SSEB-500FM) -Equipped with an interlock to prevent high voltage electric shock (high voltage can only be applied when the filament is energized). - No need for cooling water, so it can be installed anywhere. (depending on sample material) - Control power supply can be selected between 100V and 200V. (Factory setting)
