■Manufacturing process and high temperature gas treatment
From design to manufacturing, our staff who are familiar with molecular cells are in charge of everything, and we strive to provide high-quality products under appropriate management from materials to processing. In order to reduce gas emissions at high temperatures, which is particularly important for molecular beam cells, we perform strict high-temperature degassing twice, once at the component stage and once after assembly is completed, and then ship the product in a vacuum-stored state in a special container. This significantly reduces startup time.
Shipping inspections include leak tests, maximum heating temperature measurements, and temperature stability measurements, and data is attached to each product. Inspection contents such as measurement temperature and stability measurement time can be customized. The high-temperature degassing equipment used is an original heating degassing equipment developed exclusively for this purpose. Equipped with three heating furnaces to improve productivity. The heating furnace is capable of heating over 1,000℃ in a high vacuum area.
