■Summary
This device is capable of evaluating the photoluminescence (PL) of phosphors (sample) in a vacuum environment. Information regarding impurities and defects in the phosphor can be evaluated by analyzing it using a spectrometer. A chamber and sample table with a special black finish are standard specifications, and various UV lamps and spectrometers can be selected as options.

- Can introduce 16 samples at once, achieving high work efficiency.
- Can be equipped with two sets of UV lamps, spectrometers, etc., allowing for a wide range of measurements.
・Vacuum pump and vacuum gauge can be selected depending on the purpose of use.
- System support is possible, including UV lamps and spectrometers.
