About This Product

■Features・1 Has the same function as an air cylinder, plunger, and jack.
・2 Easy to handle, lightweight and requires no maintenance.
・3 It has few streaks and is used in places that require high pressure, making it suitable for extremely narrow installation locations.
・4 Unlike air cylinders and plungers that use two heads, pressure is evenly distributed over the bag surface and pressurizes the product on average, making machine design easier and leading to cost savings in manufacturing.
・5 A maximum stroke of 157mm (special and pressure width) is possible, but if you need more than that, it is possible to get approximately twice the stroke by stacking the backs, and by lining up the backs. It is also possible to widen the width.
・6 Unlike air cylinders and plungers, it is extremely easy to install, leading to savings in assembly time and material costs.
・7 Air supply bubbles can be installed and selected in any position (horizontal or vertical).
・8 Can also be operated by water pressure.

■Airbag structure and safety・The air bag can be used in a temperature difference of -10℃ to +60℃.
- The airbag is made of special reinforced synthetic rubber that is resistant to gasoline, oil, salt water, and acid.
・The working pressure of the air bag is usually 6-7 kg/cm2. (88 p.s.i)
・Each bag has been tested for 24 hours at a pressure of 9kg/cm2.
- Airbag burst test pressure can be up to approximately 5 times the working pressure.
・The airbag is warranted for one year under normal use.
