■Advantages of using precision 5-axis cutting machine Mira-6

- Since the cutting material is pure wax, it is possible to obtain good lost wax properties (leading to good casting) with all materials. ・The support installed in the wax can be used as a sprue. ・For single-item products, there is no need to take a rubber mold. ・It is possible to reproduce edges that cannot be reproduced at the moment with stereolithography machines, such as 0.1mm wide grooves without sagging (0.05mm deep, 0.2mm deep for 0.13mm width). ・If the plane cutting step is set to 0.013mm or less, the cutting line will almost disappear after casting. - There is no need to worry about problems such as bending of long products. ・Increases the fitting accuracy of products that combine multiple parts. - A smooth surface can be created, reducing the burden of the polishing process. -Minor cutting errors can be easily corrected with a spatula, wax pen, etc. - When engraving letters, the wall surface of the letters will be tapered by an end mill of 5 degrees, so when taking a rubber mold, the rubber will come out better. There is no need to taper character data. ・By using liquid rubber, it is also possible to make rubber molds from wax.
