■Mini reciprocating traction endless winch EMX series features
This is a light-tension type endless reciprocating traction electric winch that was realized in response to strong customer requests.
- Two drums with several special wire rope grooves designed with the optimum coefficient of friction achieve stable reciprocating traction force with one main unit.
・Two wire holders installed on each drum prevent the wire rope from loosening or winding loosely.
・The ``openable side frame'' allows you to wrap the wire rope from any part.
・Depending on the purpose of use, it is possible to tow back and forth in each direction, tow one way, and even perform lifting work that requires forced descent.
- Comes standard with a switch box with a built-in receiver and a transmitter that can be operated from a distance of 30m when there are no obstacles.
- Can be operated immediately with 100V power supply.
- Built-in inverter, variable speed and electronic thermal.
・Limit switches can be connected using external limit terminals.
・The motor body and switch box achieve protection class IP65.
■EMX-150 type product configuration
This product comes with a 3m primary power cable and a 3m secondary power cable as accessories.
■Switch box
- Adopts a polycarbonate oil box with protection class IP65.
・Built-in inverter, variable speed within the range of 0.57~5.7m/min. Equipped with motor protection function using electronic thermal.
- Comes with a 2-point external limit switch terminal block terminal block.
・The primary Ryugen cable has a poking plug.
■You can operate the winch even from a remote location.
- Consultation distance is 30m.
・If you are in an environment with obstacles that obstruct radio waves, the distance required for consultation will be shorter.
■For safety reasons, the winch will automatically stop if the radio waves are interrupted.
・When the power is turned on, the power/LINK indicator lamp lights up in green.
・When the radio waves are cut off, the power/LINK indicator lamp lights red and the winch stops.
・Example: If a worker moves out of the reception area while holding the transmitter and causes wave breakage, the winch will automatically stop.
・Example: If a worker goes behind an obstacle that obstructs the waves while holding the transmitter, the radio waves will be cut out and the transmitter will automatically stop.
■Equipped with a damper to prevent damage to the transmitter
The damage prevention pumper is a mechanism that prevents damage when the corner of the transmitter collides with the ground when the transmitter falls.
