■Features of BMW three-phase 200V radio control series This electric winch comes standard with a radio control system that allows you to operate the winch from a distance. - Comes standard with a transmitter that can be operated from a distance of 30m when there are no obstacles. ・The lightweight ABS resin terminal box equipped with the receiver achieves protection class IP65. ・Since it has a built-in motor, it is compact and has an excellent design, and can be used with confidence against rain, wind, and dust. - Can be used with industrial three-phase 200V. ■Excellent compactness Since it is a parallel type with the motor section and drum section arranged in two rows, it is compact and can be installed in narrow spaces without taking up much space. ■Excellent durability The heart of the machine, such as the motor, speed reduction mechanism, and electromagnetic brake, is made of aluminum alloy casting, which is resistant to rust and lightweight, so it has high self-cooling properties, good heat dissipation, and is safe from rain, wind, and dust. The sound is also quiet. ■Reliable safety It uses MaxPull's unique high-performance electromagnetic brake developed jointly with a brake manufacturer, so it has extremely high braking force and is effective even for detailed work. In addition, the wire rope is fixed to the drum using a special drum with a double safety structure that ensures that the wire rope can be wound freely. Fixing the end of the wire rope to the drum can be done easily and reliably using a hexagonal L-shaped wrench. Everything is a highly reliable and safe design unique to Maxpull. ■You can operate the winch even from a remote location. - Consultation distance is 30m. ・If you are in an environment with obstacles that obstruct radio waves, the distance required for consultation will be shorter. ■For safety reasons, the winch will automatically stop if the radio waves are interrupted. ・When the power is turned on, the power/LINK indicator lamp lights up in green. ・When the radio waves are cut off, the power/LINK indicator lamp lights red and the winch stops. ・Example: If a worker moves out of the reception area while holding the transmitter and causes wave breakage, the winch will automatically stop. ・Example: If a worker goes behind an obstacle that obstructs the waves while holding the transmitter, the radio waves will be cut out and the transmitter will automatically stop. ■Equipped with a damper to prevent damage to the transmitter The damage prevention pumper is a mechanism that prevents damage when the corner of the transmitter collides with the ground when the transmitter falls. ■Terminal box Depending on your request, you can add one to two spare machines.
