This is an electric winch equipped with a dog clutch that is suitable for frequent wire rope unwinding work.

・Using a motor with a built-in fan, it is possible to operate for a rated time of 30 minutes.

■BMW dog clutch series
This is a mesh winch that has been standardized with a clutch attached to the popular BMW series. A simple lever operation brings the drum into a light neutral state. Moreover, due to the sophisticated design, clutch engagement is light and reliable. Since no rotational load is applied to the motor or reduction gear, unwinding of the wire can be done easily.
■Parallel winch with three-phase 200V specifications
This is an electric winch with an outdoor specification motor arranged in parallel with the drum. The precisely designed reduction gear allows electric power to work directly, providing strong and stable traction force. Gear cases, etc. are made from aluminum alloy castings that have undergone special heat treatment, making them much lighter and smaller than conventional products. Moreover, it is dust-proof, rust-proof, and rain-proof, and requires less space to install. The power supply is three-phase 200V.
Since it is a parallel type with the motor section and drum section arranged in two rows, it is compact and can be installed in narrow spaces without taking up much space. In addition to the motor designed for outdoor use, the reduction mechanism is made of a rust-resistant and lightweight cast aluminum alloy frame, which has high self-cooling properties and good heat dissipation, making it safe from rain, wind, and dust. The sound is also quiet. Since it uses a high-performance electromagnetic brake, the braking force is extremely high, making it effective even for delicate work.
The manual brake release device allows suspended loads to be lowered safely even if the winch stops working in an emergency such as a power outage. The wire rope can be installed easily and securely by simply passing the wire rope through the two wire holes in the drum pipe and tightening the stopper.
