■Features of BMW-Air three-phase 200V series
This is a parallel type electric winch with three-phase 200V specifications.
- The parallel type with two rows of motor and drum sections is compact and can be installed in narrow spaces.
- By adopting a lightweight and robust aluminum alloy casting frame, it has both good design and functionality such as dustproof, rustproof, dripproof, and quietness.
・Using a motor with a built-in fan, it is possible to operate for a rated time of 30 minutes.
・Even in emergencies such as power outages, the manual brake release device enables safe lowering of suspended loads.
・Since it uses a high-performance electromagnetic brake, the braking force is extremely high, making it effective even in delicate work.
- Can be used with industrial three-phase 200V.
This is an electric winch with an outdoor specification motor connected in parallel with the drum. Precisely designed reduction gear provides strong and stable traction. In addition, the aluminum alloy castings are subjected to special heat treatment, making them much lighter and smaller than conventional products. Moreover, it is dust-proof, rust-proof, rain-proof, and takes up very little space.
We have industrial three-phase 200V 0.4kw and 0.75kw models as standard types, so you can choose the most suitable model for any purpose at a low cost.
■Excellent compactness
Since it is a parallel type with the motor section and drum section arranged in two rows, it is compact and can be installed in narrow spaces without taking up much space.
■Excellent durability
In addition to the motor designed for outdoor use, the reduction mechanism is made of a rust-resistant and lightweight cast aluminum alloy frame, which has high self-cooling properties and good heat dissipation, making it safe from rain, wind, and dust. The sound is also quiet.
■Reliable safety
It uses MaxPull's unique high-performance electromagnetic brake developed jointly with a motor manufacturer, so it has extremely high braking force and is effective even for detailed work. In addition, the manual brake release device allows suspended loads to be lowered safely even if the winch stops working in an emergency such as a power outage. The wire rope is fixed to the drum using a special drum that ensures double safety.
Fixing the end of the wire rope to the drum can be done easily and reliably using a hexagonal L-shaped wrench. Please see the explanation diagram below. Everything is a highly reliable and safe design unique to Maxpull.
