■What is DispenCell™ single cell dispenser?

The DispenCell™ Single Cell Dispensing Device is an innovative device designed to accurately and efficiently dispense individual cells into a variety of formats. It enables isolation and dispensing of single cells in downstream processes such as clone expansion, guaranteed monoclonality, and genome research using a single cell dispensing device. The DispenCell™ Single Cell Injection Device utilizes advanced microfluidic technology to precisely control the dispensing of individual cells. Based on particle volume-dependent impedance changes, particles can be effectively detected, sized, and dispensed down to single-particle resolution. Accommodating a wide range of cell sizes and types, researchers can adjust parameters such as cell concentration and dispensing volume to achieve desired cell density and distribution using gentle pressure below 0.2 psi. The DispenCell™ Single Cell Dispenser offers precise and accurate single cell dispensing, adjustable cell concentration and volume, compatibility with a variety of plate formats, user-friendly software interface, and the ability to handle large numbers of cells in a short time. It has several main features, such as: It also has a small footprint that fits in cell culture hoods, cell-friendly pressure dispensing, and software to instantly trace proof of clonality/monoclonality.
