■SpectraTest validation plate and re-certification

SpectraTest™ Validation Plates are a valuable tool for ensuring that absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence microplate readers operate correctly in GMP and GLP laboratories. Annual validation plate recertification ensures that specifications are met and gives you confidence in the performance of your equipment. Features of SpectraTest validation plate

■Reliably measure absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence

Use photometric accuracy testing to determine how close absorbance measurements traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and NMI (National Metrology Institute) are to the true value. Determine the accuracy and reproducibility of wavelength selection with a monochromator. This includes separate excitation and emission tests. Qualify kinetic noise to measure optical system stability at low and high signals, including separate tests for spikes and drift at low and high levels.

■Guaranteed reader data accuracy

We have the knowledge and equipment necessary to recertify the SpectraTest validation plate.

■SpectraTest FL1 fluorescence validation plate

SpectraTest FL1 plates enable PMT matching to ensure signal linearity over a wider dynamic range and RFU (relative fluorescence units) scaling to arbitrarily adjust RFU (relative fluorescence units) output.

■Data analysis

SoftMax® Pro GxP software's preconfigured protocols automatically generate and analyze data. Additionally, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EudraLex Annex 11 compliance tools allow you to control access to test results with an audit trail.

■SpectraTest ABS2 absorption validation plate

This next generation SpectraTest ABS2 plate measures the sensitivity of your optical system and ensures it is not affected by stray light. This plate has certificate autofill and is compatible with our StakMax® Microplate Handling System.
