About This Product

■Multi-wavelength measurement without filtersGemini™ XPS and EM microplate readers with dual monochromators provide a flexible environment to determine optimal excitation and fluorescence settings for fluorescence intensity assays. Optimize the sensitivity of cell-based assays with multipoint well scanning. Unique calibration against internal standards allows comparison of relative fluorescence units (RFU) between samples.

Monitor temperature-sensitive reactions with constant temperature control from room temperature to 45°C.

Gemini XPS and EM Microplate Reader Features
■No need to replace the filterNo need to check, buy or replace filters. Dual monochromator allows selection of excitation and emission wavelengths from 250 to 850 nm.

■Measure with even higher accuracyWell scans report fluorescence measurements from a single central point in a microplate well to multiple points throughout a tissue culture well.

■Avoid loss of high signalsAvoid high signal loss due to detector saturation and find the correct reader settings with our patented automatic PMT optimization system.

■Upward measurement functionThe Gemini XPS microplate reader upward measurement measures the fluorescence of a variety of sample formats in 6- to 384-well microplates in endpoint, kinetic, spectral scan, and well scan modes.
