About This Product

■Delivers efficient and flexible liquid handling required for fast-reacting assays such as calcium flux

FlexStation® 3 is a microplate reader that supports 5 modes of measurement: absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence, fluorescence polarization, and time-resolved fluorescence. Equipped with an automated multichannel pipettor and programmable liquid handling, this microplate reader automates biochemical and cell-based assays with perfect timing for up to three additions of assay reagents from a 96/384-well source plate. ■Compatible with fast kinetic assays using automatic multichannel pipettor

8-channel or 16-channel pipettor increases assay flexibility. The combination of 5-mode optical systems supports fast cell response assays such as calcium flux assays.

■Enables more assay conditions

By individually defining the reagents fed to each well, you can reduce reagent consumption and explore more assay conditions in one microplate.

■Improve assay quality and throughput with automatic pipetting

Automated pipetting can improve assay quality and increase throughput.

■Flexible wavelength setting

Dual monochromators allow wavelength setting in 1 nm increments. This eliminates the need to change expensive bandpass filters for each assay.

■Liquid transfer validation possible

Gain liquid transfer validation with the PathCheck feature that quantifies pipettor head performance. Used in conjunction with SoftMax® Pro software and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols.
