■Multi-mode microplate reader designed for ease of use with personalized workflow and large touch screen SpectraMax® iD3 and iD5 Multimode Microplate Readers are multimode microplate readers designed for ease of use with personalized workflows and large touch screens. This is a convenient and easy-to-use model that allows measurements with a large touch panel that can be used without a PC, and personal protocol management using NFC (near field communication). iD3/iD5 measures in 3 modes: absorption, fluorescence and emission. The iD5 also features time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) and fluorescence polarization (FP) modes for down-luminescence measurements, TR-FRET, HTRF®, BRET, dual-luciferase reporter assays using injectors, and Western blot detection.
