The main types of radiation that enter the earth's surface are solar radiation, water vapor, carbon dioxide gas, and infrared rays emitted from clouds. This is a radiation balance meter that measures the balance of these components. The sensing section consists of copper-constantan thermoelectric stacks placed above and below, protected by polyethylene domes.
■Features
・A blower blows air at a constant speed over the outside surface of the polyethylene dome, and dehumidified air is sent inside to prevent condensation.
・Measures the radiation balance including solar radiation (shortwave radiation) and infrared radiation (longwave radiation)
・A powerful blower can be attached to prevent snow and frost on the polyethylene dome (optional)
・It is effective in measuring atmospheric stability, evapotranspiration from the ground surface, and the amount of heat flowing underground.
・You can attach a report from the Japan Weather Association.
