About This Product
The CMR-4 series is a resin discharge type of online rheometer (online MI meter) developed by Dynisco Polymer Test mainly for extrusion molding. The main body is compact, so it is easy to attach to the extruder, and the capillary (die) can be attached and removed easily in a short time. By selecting and replacing the most suitable capillary for various resins, it is possible to support a wide range of resins.
Direct, continuous, and highly accurate measurement of melt flow rate (MFR), MI value, and apparent melt viscosity of resin during the manufacturing process. It can be widely used for quality control, etc. in the field of various resin materials.
Since it is cheaper than existing online rheometers, it can be used not only in resin material production equipment, but also in a wide range of areas, including molding quality control and research and development. If you want to return the resin to the process, you can use the Visco Sensor VS1000 series.
