About This Product
Viscosensor VS1000 is a resin reflux type online viscometer (online MFR meter) with a completely new concept developed by Dynisco Polymer Test mainly for extrusion molding. The main body is compact, so it is easy to install on a molding machine, and MFR (MI value) and apparent melt viscosity can be measured continuously without wasting samples.
In addition, we have started selling a new product, ViscoIndicator (resin discharge type), which is cheaper than existing online viscometers. (Please contact us for details) It can be used not only in resin material production equipment, but also in a wide range of areas, including molding quality control and research and development fields.

・Continuous and automatic measurement of MFR (MI value) and viscosity of molten resin on the production line is possible.
・Achieves the same accuracy and reproducibility as an offline viscometer
