About This Product
Dynisco's capillary rheometer (capillary viscometer) LCR7000 series melts the resin material filled in the barrel at a constant temperature, extrudes it from the capillary with a piston that descends at a predetermined speed, and measures the load applied at that time. , the graph of melt viscosity versus shear rate of resin, which is a non-Newtonian fluid, can be easily and accurately measured on a desktop.
As a capillary resin viscometer, it is widely used in laboratories, resin inspection departments, laboratories, etc. around the world as an effective means of quality control through offline measurement.
We also offer a separate product called the Online Rheometer, which allows continuous and automatic online measurement similar to this melt viscosity measuring device.

・Uses a highly visible fluorescent tube display with 20 characters and 4 lines
- Test conditions can be changed simply by selecting using the smart key at the bottom of the display.
・Advanced internal processor allows up to 45 measurement points for each shear stress and shear rate to be set in one measurement.
・Data measurement is automatically acquired using a unique internal algorithm (manual measurement while viewing the load measurement value is also possible)
・Highly accurate temperature control up to 430℃ (500℃ specification option available) using 4-area heaters inside the barrel and PID control
・Specification with pressure sensor for high precision measurement (LCR7001), Dual barrel specification convenient for simultaneous measurement such as Bagley correction (LCR7002)
・Can be connected to an existing PC (Windows), data analysis software “LABKARS For WindowsTM” included as standard
