About This Product

This is a withstand voltage test tool that short-circuits external connection terminal blocks (TB) all at once when performing withstand voltage tests on power-related panels (power distribution, monitoring, operation, and control). Traditionally, when conducting withstanding voltage tests, the methods of using bare wires around the screws of the hundreds of external connection terminal blocks and wrapping them one by one or using short bars have been adopted. It was a double effort, requiring several hours of work to perform a one-minute withstand voltage test. By using this terminal block shorting plate "One-touch TB", you can short-circuit 40 and 50 pin terminals (screws) all at once, reducing the work time to less than 1/5 of the conventional short-circuiting work (compared to our company). This not only leads to cost reductions, but also makes it possible to reduce short-circuit wiring work.
