About This Product

Highly accurate measurement of cover thickness with intuitive operability. This is the only purely domestically produced machine using the electromagnetic induction method. This is an electromagnetic induction reinforcing bar probe that can be used in a variety of situations, such as inspecting reinforcing bars on the upper part of bridges, inspecting the cover thickness of buildings, coring, confirming the position of anchors, seismic diagnosis, and construction management. Furthermore, iron measurement can be performed even near walls or in narrow spaces using the industry's smallest small standard probe. ◼︎Accurate measurement even with narrow pitches Reinforcing bar probes using electromagnetic induction have the disadvantage that the accuracy of measuring cover thickness decreases as the pitch of reinforcing bars becomes narrower. "Tetsu-Suroku" is now capable of measuring reinforcing bar cover thickness up to a depth of 80mm with high precision, even when the pitch of reinforcing bars is extremely narrow as shown in the figure on the right, or the cover thickness of lap joints. ◼︎No need to set reinforcing bar diameter or depth It is well known that when attempting to measure cover thickness with high precision using an electromagnetic induction method reinforcing bar probe, the diameter of the reinforcing bar to be measured must be confirmed in advance and set on the device. With "Tetsu-Sou", it is now possible to highly accurately measure the depth of cover up to 80mm using a standard probe for the reinforcing bar pitch on the back side without having to set the reinforcing bar diameter or the measuring depth (shallow or deep). I did. ◼︎Rebar diameter settings can now be changed even after measurement It is now possible to change the reinforcing bar diameter settings that are made before measurement after measurement. Even if you set the reinforcing bar diameter incorrectly and save the data, you can correct it later.
