About This Product
■Summary
Video stroboscopes are used to visualize and record vibrations and rotations on test benches using exciters, regardless of the size of the object being examined, even in dangerous environments. Using a turnkey system, it is easy to operate and provides a performance alternative to high-speed cameras. No special light source is required. In combination with our special nanosecond light pulse, it can be adapted to frequencies up to 100kHz, similar to high-speed cameras.
■Application
・Observation and recording of vibration and rotation
・Automatic observation of manufacturing process
・Investigation in dangerous environments using endoscopes
■Automatic measurement
Detailed information about the object under test, such as vibration amplitude and phase, can now be automatically measured on the test bench or production line.
■Application features
・Investigation of situations that occur synchronously
・Non-contact, full field of view
・Slow motion observation and video recording
・High speed rotation image up to 100kHz
・Monitoring and process control
・Laptop or desktop with trigger device
・Synchronizer option/with sensor
・Extension for quantitative evaluation
■Application example
・Small parts
Display of microscale vibration state using high focus lens
・Combination of video stroboscope and exciter
A video stroboscope is used to visualize the vibrations of an electrical device coupled with an exciter.
・Observation of test bench distortion
・Observation of coupling machine exchange
Rotation test at 3,000rpm. Slow-motion images for analysis of combined motion in combination with volume analysis
