■Features
- Breather valves are safety valves for tanks and storage tanks. They are installed at the top of tanks and storage tanks, and breathe the atmosphere by changing the pressure inside the tank. Also called breathing valve, pressure vacuum valve, etc.
・The standard type breather valve is a heavy valve type breather valve, and the weight of the valve body is designed according to the set operating pressure.When the pressure in the tank becomes higher than the set operating pressure on the positive side, the valve body on the discharge side is pushed up. to exhaust the air. At that time, the valve body on the suction side is closed. On the other hand, when the pressure inside the tank becomes negative and becomes greater than the set operating pressure on the negative side, the valve body on the suction side opens and takes in air. At that time, the valve body on the discharge side closes. (Automatic intake and exhaust)
- Automatic intake and exhaust of the pressure inside the tank, which changes due to the expansion and contraction of air and gas due to temperature changes, when filling and discharging liquid into the tank, maintains normal pressure and prevents damage.
- It is lightweight and does not rust, making it suitable for FRP and polyethylene chemical tanks, stainless steel storage tanks, etc. In particular, it is widely used for chemical liquid tanks such as hydrochloric acid, Liu's acid, nitric acid, sodium hypochlorite, caustic soda, PAC, aluminum sulfate, and ferric chloride.
